Introduction

Founded in 1993 by experienced and nationally renowned trial consultants, DDI consultants have handled over 1,550 matters throughout the U.S. The founding partners of DDI, Barbara Swain, J.D., Ph.D. and Dan Gallipeau, Ph.D., have been pioneers in two critical areas: (1) using thematic approaches in case presentations, and (2) using written juror questionnaires.
