Juror Database

Over the years, DDI has built a database of responses from over 20,000 mock jurors. DDI uses this database to better assess a particular case and venue. Thus, DDI can compare its current cases with prior cases and offer comparisons (e.g., is the current case better or worse than other like cases?). Additionally, the extensive database allows DDI to compare jury research samples with other responses from the venue to assess whether or not a particular sample was representative. We are often invited to speak at seminars, and use this database to discuss juror reactions to specific case types and issues, jury selection, trial strategy, and reactions to corporations.
